All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped within one business day after the piece is made. Please allow 3-5 days for production time. Once the package is shipped we offer Fast Shipping Worldwide and the typical delivery timeframe is 9-14 days. Depending on your location, you may receive items later or earlier. All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Occasionally, packages may face delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays so please kindly understand.

You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
